• Review all architectural designs from Concept Design to Construction Phase.

Interior Design

• Review all Interior Design drawings, specifications, samples and detailing from Concept Phase to Construction Phase.
• Mock-up room design package and physical mock-up room review.
• Snagging and de-snagging.

MEP Design (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, IT and AV)

• Review general MEP design phases including specifications and calculations from design philosophy to Construction Phase to ensure minimum operational efficiency, conforms to guest requirements and International Hotel Brand Standards.
