We deliver hospitality specialised technical services to Hotel Operators for hotel projects within the scope of International Technical Services Agreements (TSA) and Development Services Agreements (DSA).
Appointed as the Operator’s authorised representative, we ensure design and delivery decisions complies to brand standards, operational efficiency, and local regulatory requirements while protecting the Operator’s contractual boundaries.
We represent the Operator’s throughout the project lifecycle, guiding consultants and the Owner to Brand compliance. Our engagement is structured around project design stage workflow: we coordinate with Operator departments, consolidate comments, and only endorse designs that meet Operator standards or have approved, and Brand endorsed project specific deviations.
All activities are performed strictly within the TSA/DSA authorities unless written authorisation to exceed that scope is provided

Review architectural, MEP, FF&E, and specialist discipline drawings at each design phase; provide annotated comments and sketches.

Advise on layout, adjacencies, spatial allocation, and guest/staff flow to maximise efficiency and service delivery.

Lead or participate in design workshops, technical coordination meetings, and handover readiness reviews.
Regulatory alignment
Check design and Operational proposals against Local Tourism Regulations and statutory requirements in collaboration with appointed consultants.
Reporting and endorsement
Produce consolidated review reports, punch lists, and formal endorsement packages for Operator sign‑off.
Projects will be submitted to the Operator for review and endorsement in line with the following design stages.

The design will be done in line with allocated Brand, Operator provided documentation that includes but not limited to F&B Concept Statements, Spa Design Statement, Manning Guide, etc.
Contractual boundary
All services are delivered within the TSA/DSA and Operator scope; we do not assume Owner authorities or make unilateral decisions outside that remit.
